Coaching Experience:
Beginning my journey with AZ Arsenal in May 2025 has been one of the most meaningful experiences in my coaching career. From the very start, I felt a genuine sense of belonging—something that continues to set this club apart. The culture of support, encouragement, and shared passion is not only felt among the coaches, but is something we intentionally pass down to our players every day.

Being part of this environment has allowed me to grow tremendously, both as a coach and as a leader for my girls. It has shaped the way I approach development—not just focusing on skill, but on confidence, resilience, and creating a positive team culture where every player feels valued.

Some of my most memorable moments have come from watching the girls grow, connect, and support one another, while also building lasting relationships within the club community. AZ Arsenal is more than just a place to play soccer—it’s a place where athletes find their confidence, build meaningful connections, and truly feel at home.
